it depends on the xray. some masses can show up

X rays show the best the extreme densities: Metal, bone/calcium, liquid and air. Soft tissue is better viewed by a sonography, CAT or magnetic resonance image.

A common X ray of lungs for example, can show a suspicious white shadow and if the physician thinks it can be cancerous, shall ask blood work, biopsies, CAT...

I can show up on an x-ray. You might end up with a growth or such as a symptom but I'd go to a doctor if you're worried. They'll take a biopsy to be sure and run some other tests.

some times it might show but its beter to go 4 other tests. u can not completely depend on xrays.
