There are two types of prob. in the Cash

(I) ur attachments software is not install
(II) when u runing ur outlook ......ur outlook have prob

so u reinstall software

i'm having a similar difficulty. It began on 10/18 for me besides. I actually have a similar difficulty in IE 8, IE 9, Firefox and Chrome. I actually have tried on domicile windows 7 and linux without fulfillment. I had a coworker attempt to receive an attachment on his computing gadget from his yahoo account and it worked. i tried employing my yahoo account on his computing gadget and it did not paintings. At this aspect it appears that evidently to be an difficulty with my yahoo account and not in any respect my computing gadget. To get around the problem I actually were forwarding the emails to my gmail account and downloading from there.

If the attachments or files are zipped or compressed, I would suggest a program such as winzip or pkzip. Both of these can be found by typing 'winzip' or 'pkzip' in Yahoo!'s search bar to search the web and find the site to open zipped or compressed files...I don't know if this is the case you are dealing with...but hopefully you found this info useful or helpful. If you know how to make a disk repair , then, that is what you have got to do.


BACK ALL YOUR FILEES FROM YOUR MACHINE AND PUT THEM SOMEWHERE


Get the OS repair CD that came with your computer , insert it in the CD drive. Re - boot your machine and press F12 and follow the instructions that follow.

see which extensions the attachment is. Than go to google, type the extension and see which prog it is. for example .rst go to google and type .rst

look up the file extension at http://whatis.com and then figure out the program you need
