Couldn't find an 'F' name, but Felix is Latin for happy - so right era as it were and rather lovely.
Hope you find ones you like - and congratulations on the twins!

Whatever you pick, be sure your family can live with the meaning of the names, not just the sound or spelling. Some names mean positive things, others do not. For example, Jacob means supplanter (taking the rightful place of another). There's a "J" name that means pain. Yikes!
Have you considered, Nahshon? It's old testament (found in Numbers 1:7) His name means enchanter (or charmer). He was the leader of the tribe of Judah at the time of the exodus. He is also in the lineage of Christ. See Matthew 1

A is for Abraham, Adam, Abner and Aaron
S is for Solomon, Samuel, Saul and Simon
J is for John, Joseph, Jonah, Joshua, Jordan, Jacob, Jeremiah, James and Jesse
I is for Isaac, Ishmael, Isaiah and Immanuel
And I'm sorry about the letter F, I don't think there is a name that starts with that letter in the Bible.

Adam and Joseph.
Adam would be named after the first man of all. and the first human ever created.
Joseph woud be named after The story where Joseph got thrown out of the family by his brohers and he ended up as a very important man with Phero.
These names would bring honor to your twin sons. To be named after such great men of the Bible

I like Jacob and Joshua
There are also Abraham, Ambrose(not sure if that's biblical but I like it and it sounds biblical!). Solomon, Saul, Judas(but I don't think that's really a good one, well one Judas was good wasn't he?). Don't know any beginning with F. My son's name begins with F but I don't think that's biblical. And for I, there are Isaac and Isiah.
