Yes, the most popular software to solve out the math or any kind of math related problems is "Mathworks MATLAB". I'm using the 7.1 version and its great. The official site is, http://www.mathworks.com/, you should be able to download it from there. Also if you want to do small math works then MS Excell or such softwares are pretty much useful, like OpenOffice.org.

you could prolly use microsoft excell for that
