Why should a real vet give you free advice? They spent hundreds of thousands of dollars to learn what they know! And no one can properly diagnose an illness over the phone or on the internet....

If you give enough information and wait a realistic amount of time (at least a day, not minutes or hours), most of the information on here can be quite good and it's free(assuming you can realize answers that are silly and took no time to give). A lot of the people are vet techs and work at shelters. It would at least be a start.
