I am NOT a medico, but like you I have low blood pressure (LBP)

From all that I have read & heard generally speaking, LBP is a bit of a blessing. Of course, you don't want your BP to be too low, and yours is pretty similar to mine...so I thinks it's still okay.

I sometimes see stars if I stand up quickly... and get the occassional head rush... but apart from that it does not stop me from exercising everyday and living a normal healthy lifestyle.

Just like everyone else, you should be mindful of the whole spectrum of your lifestyle, trying to be 'healthy' in every area possible...eating right, a bit of regular low-impact exercise, good sleep habits, not smoking etc...and if in doubt, talk to your doctor. He knows you better than we do !

But really, with the LBP, be grateful, not scared.

That's not low enough to worry about unless you are having symptoms like lightheadedness or passing out. Count your blessings and stop worrying. You're not abnormal.

as long as you feel ok and there are no dizzy spells or headaches it is ok. I have always had a low BP and it would freak out my partner on the ambulance and doc's but my doc said it's fine.

The symptoms are similar to high blood pressure:
tiredness, sleep disturbances, giddiness, black-outs, fainting, anxiety or depression, or sweating, and you may become more conscious of your heartbeat.

As long as you aren't experiencing fainting spells, it should not be of a concern. Have you asked your doctor?
