Depends on where you are at I have a garden so I love knowing it is going to rain,of course to much can be bad.Where I am at we are deficit of rain for the season so rain is not a bad thing.
Other extreme weather is from us not taking care of the earth.

well mother nature is that way she trys to treat everyone fair and we need the rain ,,,if its getting you down why not snuggle up on the couch watch a good movie or better yet read a book ,,get you a nice hot cup of tea and enjoy the sound of the rain if it starts ,,,
