Anyone out there knows of any side effects of drinking this type of tea on a long term basis?

I've also heard that green tea reduces weight;, it increases fat-metabolism

So, as long you don't add suger to the tea, no problem.
But don't drink to much of it, since tea does have a slight diuretic effect. But 3 cups a day won't cause any problems

Eat 5 6 small meals a day instead of 3

no i have never heard of this tea.. i am not fat but since i have turned 50 i have noticed you can eat less and still seem to gain weight .. so a friend and i have started walking and trying that too.. i also clean apartments but i do not know why but it is stubborn and i do not seem to lose.. i went from size 6 to almost a 12 now and i am frantic.. i have tried fat burners and they are not any good except to make you nervous.. maybe i will look for this tea and try it... but i have looked at tea and never recognized this name at all...

It will make your purse lighter.
Drinking green tea before exercise is supposed to stimulate your metabolism so that you burn more fat.
Drinking green tea and not exercising is going to be much less effective.

Green Tea is healthy as i heard. and normal tea takes of ten percent of the food you eat so that makes you lose weight :) but i aM not sure
