I think muslims as a whole are good people, but just as there are zealots in the christian religion, so are they in the muslim religion.

There are those who are always going to take things to the extreme and literally in any man made religion. And both are man made. If you believe in God, how can you possiblly believe the bible or the koran as it was written by men. Human beings and they brought there own thoughts and beliefs into everything they wrote.

I guess if you choose to be lead by zealot and brain washed that is your choice.
But I think it is pretty ignorant to kill another human being over a religion no matter what religion it is.

My opinion - such questions should not be asked in a public forum - however for an answer

Islam is a wonderful religion...

However Muslims are a wreck -- They just don't know why and for what are they are fighting for and they call killing Jihad.. They take only the first line what is said in the Holy Quaran, but intentionally ignore the points that follow because it is not possible to follow.

I think muslims are people of extemes. I've lived in Israel/Palestine and traveled through Jordan, Egypt, and Morocco.

My favorite people on the planet are the Jordanians. They love so sincerly and so easily. They are such a warm, friendly people. If you are their friend, they would literally kill for you.... and there's the problem. It's not alwasy a good thing if my friends are "killing" for me.

They love AND hate with all their hearts. They live with fire and with passion and loathe apathy.

Most are very good, kind, religious people. A few try to represent islam and speak for the rest.

Most muslims were converted by force, when Islamic horder took power-Pakistan,Afghanistan....etc...So,the descendants of these "muslims"should study history, and find out what religion they were
following before-I mean the ancestors:hinduism,Shivaism, but now are "muslims"...They should be realistic to refuse such forced method of conversion....and go back to the original religion:Krishna-Rama-Shiva...no cow eating etc....

Deceived. And they follow a wicked religion without knowing its history. Most Muslims do not know the history of their religion at all.
Other wise they would know that Mohamed was a pedophile and had sex with a 9 year old girl! And they hold him up as a prophet?

The Arabic Muslims that I have met are smart, own their own businesses or striving to. Very cool and collected. Always treated me well. I have no beef with the ones that aren't out to get me just because of an ideaology.

Muslims are the coolest people i know. I live around muslims i know all about their religeon and everything, but they can however, be very strict when it comes to following the Islamic teachings and can be defensive when anyone critisizes their religeon.

I have a problem with their belief in the Quran.

Surah 5:33 The punishment of those who wage war against Allah and his messenger, and strike with might and maim for mischief through the land is : execution, or crucifixion, or the cutting off of hands and feet from opposite sides, or exile from the land; that is their disgrace in this world, and a heavey punishment is theirs in the here after.

Individually, all the muslims I have met are lovely people, but many confided they were trying to get away from persecution & control to do with their religion.
