How do you make Isle Flottant?

Had this in Corsica. It was really scrummy!

Sounds like this would translate as "Floating Island," which is a very old-fashioned dessert. You might try Joy of Cooking or one of the foodie sites.

sorry this isn't an easy recipe to find. Found a picture but no recipe. Looked really good.
