the best spa in Thailand is located just outside Bangkok at a place called HuaHin. This is said to be where the Thai Royals go to relax.
If you have the time, do travel to HuaHin rather than stay in Bangkok.
HuaHin is for spa, goft and gourmal food
Bangkok is for shopping, local food and sight seeing

There are many spa around Bangkok. Take a walk along Sukhumvit or the side roads and youwill find one easily. Likewise around Pratunam area.

The best Spa ever is located on Bang Na Tradt Km. 4 It's called...Pyroma. It's awesome. I travel all the way across the city just for one of their massages.

Everywhere, from cheap to very expensive, just walk around your hotel on Silom or Sukhumvit road and you'll find dozen.
