I'm think some what Yes.
I believe You have to be able to be with the ones you've lost
Keep smiling, telling jokes, reminiscing, getting kisses from your animals and hugging your Dad
I also think that everything
all the time is
OK
I Don't really know
But I do know what it feels like the first 15 seconds of death
and I can't wait.

well not in one of those steel boxes ,and not filled with horrible deadly chemicals.
but otherwise yes in a way-you do as you become many new creatures.
from a religous point most belive or strive to believe that you continue in an eternal spirit.
