Can I tell you a true story from Memphis, TN. Don't have the article that appeared in their paper, a few years ago.
A rapist broke into a home in the night .where a 78 yr. old women lived alone. She awoke from sleep with the nude man on top of her. ARE YOU READY?
She grabbed his privates and squeezed as hard as she could. PAIN? You bet. He struggled to get loose. UH! UH! Not that lady. She held on.
Still hanging on, the man dragged her out of bed, down the hall, all the while in her grasp. He banged her against walls kicked at her , screaming in pain. As they neared the back door, he managed to open it and she released her hold. The man disappeared in the night.

All his clothes were at the ladies home. Wallet, every thing.
The police found him at his apartment, in bed, nursing his pain.
He was taken to a hospital. Likely never to be able to father children.

The thing that this article doesn't mention is that they actually found..... "samples"..... on his chair in the court room and in his chambers. Try and get out of that one! Good thing he was found guilty!
