Get a sonicare tooth brush, fluoride toothe paste and mouth wash, brush 4 times a day for 2 half Min's in a circular motion, and buy some small indenture brushes for between the teeth.

these helps dentist to decide if gingivitis present or not but if u ask in lay man term than bleeding from gums is very common, bad breath, presence of plaque calculus .
