Yes, I'm from India. Spirituality can be found in any religion in many forms, that is what Hindus believe. You can come to India for meditation, yoga, spiritual guidance etc. You can also read a book called 'Bhagavat Gita'. It will tell you a lot about Hindu(Indian) spirituality. I must tell you that most Hindus do not believe in "conversion". So you don't have to abandon your religion to seek spiritual guidance in India.

I am from india, but spiritualitat arises from within u and going to India to seek for strength will not solve ur problems just let it flow where ever u r
