2) No. Bastard means illegitimate child. Illegitimate indicates that that there is no right for this to take place. God certainly has the right to bring a child into this world through any means He chooses. And Mary, as a devote follower of God, certainly had the right to bear that child.

BEING A BASTARD IMPLIES THAT A CHILD DOES NOT HAVE A FATHER OR AT LEAST A FATHER PRESENT IN THEIR LIVES. JESUS' FATHER IS GOD AND GOD SAYS HE WILL NEVER LEAVE US OR FORSAKE US. THAT MEAN HE IS ALWAYS WATCHING OVER US AND PROTECTING US. THIS ESPECIALLY INCLUDES JESUS.
