do i have to repeat high school when i migrate to australia? i am 2nd year college here in the philippines....

I don't know for certain, but my gutt instinct tells me no. If you've completed high school in the Philippines,then why would the Australians expect you to go through their educational system when you're in your 2nd year of college? Why would you think that? Have all of your documents ready to show them.
