Aren't Centrum multi-vitamin and mineral pills? If so, then the answer is no. They won't do anything specifically for weight loss. If you went on a diet and reduced the amount and type of food you're eating, then the supplement would be a good idea, but at age 13, I'd suggest that you ask your family doctor before you go on a diet. Your body's not even done growing and an unsupervised / uncontrolled diet can have bad effects on your health.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

This guy that I knew at school took centrum and he said everyday he would run and take it and he lost a lot of weight. I still know the guy and he looks healthy.

I cant say if it would help you loose any weight but it will make you feel lots energetic and yes you can take it and its safe. To loose weight I would advise you to start exercising like swimming active sports running jogging anything but do it regularly and you will maintain a good figure and weight and wont get fat !
