No, I don't! My son is there and they want to win. They don't want to leave and those people have to back the way it used to be. The new government will all lose their heads. And all of our guys deaths would have been in vain.

You complain about how hot it is. He wears his heavy gear, not daring to take off his helmet to wipe his brow.

You go out to lunch, and complain because the restaurant got your order wrong. He does not get to eat today.

You make your bed and wash your clothes. He wears the same things for months, but makes sure his weapons are clean.

You stay at home and watch TV. He takes whatever time he is given to call and write home, sleep, and eat.

You crawl into your bed, with down pillows, and try to get comfortable. He crawls under a tank for shade and a 5 minute nap, only to be woken by gun fire

Bring them home. My son is in the Air Force and he sez bring 'em home. The war was bad from the start. We have no place complaining about Saddam.. George Bush Sr. put him in power when he was the head of the CIA. He's what we wanted. There weren't terrorists there until we invaded. No Iraqi's were involved in 9/11, only Bush's Saudi friends were involved.

Even if we manage to help them establish a new government with the illusory appearance of stability, once we leave (and it doesn't matter when we leave or how long we stay) that government will still fall and the country will still break apart and descend into chaos.

We destroyed the only person capable of actually holding Iraq together (even if he was a monster) and the only reason we did it was so greedy American corporations could USE our children to steal Iraqs oil!

The US troop has installed for bring out the peace and liberty in Iraq. It is not the time for relieve from the nation, since the nation they fought is not attained peace. They have to stand for some more time to generate democracy and self governance, it is the ultimate mandatory for the US troops. Until then US troops may not return.
