it may not surely said as arthritis or rheumatism as u ask or others suggest it,because it is not common to the youngsters though some cases r there.but commonly some problems r when suddenly u stoodup or someone jerk u, you feel nothing and later on u start troubling u think there is no reason for it at all. so,it may be twist of a knee nerve or disposition of knee nerve. if the pain is so high then it may be slight fracture or bone-muscle movement.so finally i say the same old matter consult a doctor orthopedist

I had the same problem as a teen. My knees would swell up and turn red when they would hurt. My doctor at that time did not care too much, just gave me an excuse for gym class. I now have arthritis everywhere. That maybe your problem.
Good Luck!

Could be loose cartilage or a ligament. Only pain when you do move/bend your knee? See your doctor.

Maybe you are doing Taebo wrong? You should warm up before doing any exercise, that would help with these kinds of pain.
