You're best bet is to look on bulletin boards for local classes in book stores and new age shops. Also check out www.witchvox.com and search for groups in your area. You could also check out any university or college campuses in your area. The anthrolopology and theology departments usually have notices about pagan or Wiccan gatherings or classes.

Do you have any occult or metaphysical shops around? see if they offer any Wicca lessons or have any groups and stuff like that. you can also try putting an ad in the local paper and see if anyone answers be careful what you say though; you don't want to end up attracting some weirdo. If you still cant find any one the Internet is the next best thing. I like this website personally http://magickalpair.net they have their own little community where you can ask questions or just talk about witchcraft in general they are all very nice.

You could either go to meetup.com and find covens near your area (watch out, not all groups are about Wicca) or get The Complete Idiot's Guide to Wicca and Witchcraft and learn by yourself at your own pace.

There are several good places that allow searches for the local area when looking for Wiccans or Wiccan Groups.

i suggest finding a witch to help you try looking up metaphysical shops in the yellow pages these stores are usaully owned by witches or pagans who tend to be very nice and helpful also there is a online witch directory where you can just type in your location and it gives you a listing it called witches voice the website is below
