Thanks...I was just running a poll to see what lengths people go to, to get thin.

I've tried all different programs.. but the best so far is cardio 3 times a week and toning 2 times a week. eating smaller meals 3 times a day with 2 snacks and not eating at least 2 hours before you go to bed.

It is multilevel marketing, and I have studied the affects such initiatives can have on the lives of the 'perceivably helpless souls' who take solice in the promisses of rags to riches plus the ability to loose weight. Its not healthy: Balanced diet, Raw and unprocessed foods Exercise, Emotional recovery, belief system regression and transformation, social inclusion. These are always goin to be the best option for someone who needs to treat this holistic and lifestyle dilemma. 90% of poeple who join these programs loose money from it. 1% are filthy rich. Its a pyramid and its goal firstly is to make money. Even the Doctors who put their name to the product can be bought for a price. Eat 5-6 small meals a day, focus on Vegitables and fruit, only eat complex grains : rye, spelt, - No wheat. Get plenty of great protein (fish, lentils, cashew, walnuts, low fat cheese and Yogurt, Drink heaps of water, herbal teas, avoid coffee. Use rice milk instead of Cow. become this diet slowly and conciously. Healthy Foods, feel good when you eat them and 30minutes later. This can be very easy, just be aware of the gremlins, the advertising mind control, and your former life-style which can work against you. Good luck, you wont need it though, this works.

i tried many but most suiting was the eating of cucumber for three months in the morning with out eating anything before
