First of all, it is recommended that you undergo a physical examination with you doctor to check for an underlying disorder. You may have a health problem that requires treatment.

Here are some general guidelines, although this may vary depending on your weight and height:

Eat a diet consisting of at least 300 grams of complex carbohydrates, 100 grams of protein, and 2,500-3,000 calories a day. Include starchy vegetables such as potatoes and beans, as well as grains, tofu, eggs, avocados, safflower oil, raw cheeses, nuts and seeds. Eat only whole-grain/ whole-wheat breads, pasta, crackers, and cereals.

Vegetarian sources of protein are cooked legumes such as chickpeas, lentils, kidney, pinto, adzuki and black beans. Soyfoods such as tempeh and tofu are great when marinated. Nuts and seeds like almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, pistachios, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds are high in protein. Whole grains like barley, millet, oatmeal and brown rice contain significant amounts.

But remember, do not eat fried foods or junk foods for extra calories. Also eliminate coffee, tea, soft drinks and anything else with caffeine.

Quinoa grain has protein that has the complete amino acids that our bodies require. Most other non-meat sources of protein don't so eat this grain with lots of healthy expellor pressed oils and soy products.
Still, you really should consider eating meats. I just found out that MS may be caused from lack of nutrients found in red meats. These nutrients protect the nerve sheath. I think God meant for us to eat meat because our bodies are designed to digest them as long as we don't eat in excess.

Strength training = safe weight gain. use some free weights and be careful about working your obliques (you could diminish your curves). Use light weights with lots of repetitions. Eat your peanut butter, drink your milk, and get some multi vitamins.

Eating: The first important point to increase your weight is to eat well. Eat more than you burn calories. Eating food, which contains more fat is good for people who are thin. Drinking milk........http://tipstogainweight.blogspot.com/

Every evening use some oil for your body. In winter is better to use mustard or sesame oil, it is also has heating effect. But in summer coconut oil(or melted coco-butter) cools down. So you don't have to eat fat food, what can harm your lever. Good luck!
