AGREE/DISAGREE
Communication had been there within a country and between countries and still developments have not been dramatic because many more things are needed too.Fast communication visual communication, oral communication and internet, TV, Radio etc etc have all been helpful to educate people and with so much of out sourcing two way communication needs more infrastructural developments.but it does not happen overnite.
Same way any stock market crash, political uprisings elsewhere in the world has devastating effects on internal development of a country.
