Several ways of translating that, depending on the degree of familiarity you hold towards that person and the country you are in:
"Eres una persona muy bella y me honra conocerte." You would use that if there's familiarity: for example, you would address that way to a girl your age. Sounds a little too rigid, like if you were reciting from a book. You could use "estoy encantado de conocerte" instead of "me honra conocerte". That sounds a little more relaxed, though it doesn't mention the concept of being honoured, but to be delighted.
"Es usted una persona muy bella y me honra conocerle" (for Spain) or "Es usted una persona muy bella y me honra conocerla" (for Mexico). You would use those when you have to show respect. For example, if you are talking to a woman noticeably older than you.

Formal way: Eres una persona hermosa y estoy honrado de conocerte-
Casual way: Eres una persona hermosa y me da gusto conocerte.
