Sleep at an incline, with your head higher than your tummy.
Don't eat in the three hours before bed.

And I bet it'll probably help to have the baby. ;)

Buy Milk Of Magnesia, put it in the fridge. Then take it to bed with you at night. (It should stay cool all night.) Just don't forget to put it back in the fridge in the morning.

Anyway, you can drink it when you start to suffer, day or night. I lived on that stuff when I was pregnant with my son. I have acid reflux and I'm actually taking meds for it now. So having something that I could take and that would actually worked was important to me.

And you eat whatever you want. I know how it feels to crave something. If you don't get it, it will get ugly....lol Good luck

Always check with your Doctor first.

Try TUMS. I've used Prescription drugs for this and
get dry mouth and bad taste. I use TUMS now. I take
one before bedtime as this keeps the problem away.
