MMMMMM..... I was 15 and my wife was 12 when we first met. We didn't actually do it for several years, well, two years, so I could probably go to jail too. We got married, so maybe I'd get amnesty. She's 52 now, and I'm 55. Billie was so awesome.

Is there a new Billie Holliday? One that I missed? She died in the 40's when she was in her 40's. Are you saying her parents are still alive? They'd be over 120 yrs old now, so I'm going with no, let's not prosecute them

It is too late to prosecute them because their is a thing called the statute of limitations which absolves all crimes after a certain amount of time excluding war related crimes (Mistreatment of prisoners of war, for example), crimes against humanity (Nazi party enforcers), and Genocide (again, like the Nazi's) and because this does not fall into those categories, and because both parties are deceased, there is no legal jurisdiction.

Yes because they are all dead. Even her grandparents who should be the one's jailed are dead too. Those were in the old days. That is why there is a law against that today. Sorry Kels!!

they're both underage, that makes it unfortunate, not a crime.
