when is the best time to make a move?...i been seeing this girl for a couple weeks but we never get to be alone and i don't want to embarass her and kiss her in front of a bunch of people......i thought that as soon as she picks me up i'd say shutup and kiss her...you know get it over with.

Umm yeah you can do that only if you want to be slapped afterwards... and the real question is why can't you two be alone...youshould just keeping waiting till there is a time that you can be alone and comfortable becasue you want that 1st kiss to be speacial ...well if you dont she does ,make sure that look into her eyes... if you see that she's not comfortable with you in her face then its not the right time but if you see that she invites you then hey go for it. if you just go in for the kill you might be overstepping your boundries, you dont want to force her into anything and anyway you have only been going out for 2 wks... not need to rush...its not like your relationship is going to end tomorrow just because of a kiss.....well i hope not

This to offer her a date. Try to find a good idea (does she likes restaurant, theater or sports ?)
Make up your mind on the best thing you can use as an "excuse" to get away with her and only her.
Try theater + restaurant and drive her back home and try your chance when you thing both are ready and willing.
