Heat. Actually, we are constantly sweating, but with it being in the open air, it dries quickly. Being closed up, the heat and lack of open air are prime factors in sweaty palm while holding something syndrome.

The palms sweat all the time, it's just that usually the sweat evaporates in the circulating air. When any of your body parts stay away from circulating air, you will see the sweat collect.

cos mis palm is the most sensitive part from where sweat ejaculates more
it is the only part of the body which produces sweat more than any other part
