He knows I am engaged and he wants my pictures but he won't go to my wedding he is ignoring me now and said ot was because of his tests...I just want to know if he is really in love with me or is it a crush?

No, Don't even think about the subject. If you are a teacher and he is your student, any impropriety would cause you to loose your teacher's license. And you could end up in Jail for a long time.
Why address a subject which might encourage him in any way to even think about you in a romantic way.
Just do your job as a teacher. You are supposed to help students to improve their lives and bee good people, Not to ruin their lives.
Now go find someone your own age and leave the children alone.

I agree with jj. And why would you do a thing like that? I think that's illegal, unless the age gap isn't too big for it to be considered pedophilia. Therefore... no.
