OK...I really need to lose as much weight as possible in about 1 month & 1/2...
I'm 5'8" & 210 lbs.
2 years ago I weighed about 120-130 lbs. but I gained so much weight it's not even funny
I need to lose at least 60 lbs. because I really do not feel comfortable w/ myself
I need a quick & easy solution

You need to re-learn how to eat. Find out about fastest way to lose weight, slow ways to lose weight and anti-water. Learn everything on site below so you can understand how food and exercise affects your body. Do this and you can be thin. Do this not, and you will remain part of the biggest pandemic in all of history. Due to this pandemic, for the first time in 100 years, the children of Americans have a lower life expectancy than their parents.

You cannot lose that much weight safely in that ammount of time. Do not go killing yourself trying to do it. Safe weight loss is 2 or 3 pounds per week. If you really must lose the weight then I hope you have some money stashed away for Lyposuction. That is the fastest and most expensive way. It's also a surgery so you could have complications and be worse off than you were. Good luck.

Heres the thing there is really no quick answer to this but the quickest answer is to drink about a gallon of water a day- and to do at least 1 mile walking -I promise if you do this and actually eat a lot of fiber such as beans and vedgetables cut back on the starches and meats eat mostly proteins such as chicken and lean beef along with fish for 1 month i promise you will shed those pounds like its nothin

Quick is bad. You will then get back twice as much. You need to be patient, start eating less and healthier (low fat, low sugar) foods - no pizza, sweets, etc, cut down on bread and pasta, prefer fruit, vegetables, salads and chicken, and you will gradually lose. The first month you will lose easier and you will gain confidence.

There is no quick and easy solution.
Diet- 2000-2500 balanced calories per day. remember the food pyramid.
Exercise- 30-45 minutes of cardio exercise (sweating) 3-5 times per week. Calasthenics (jumping jack, push-ups leg lifts, crunchs, etc...)
Again it takes dedication.
