Don't sleep all the time!!! That will just make you more tired and weaker. Start working out. I'm not saying join a gym and get huge. Start small. Walk a mile or two a day and work up to jogging. Do some crunches or situps. Do some pushups or pullups. If you start your day out like that you will have more energy throughout the day. You will also sleep better at night so you will be more rested.

Try taking a regular daily vitamin with iron, get 6 to 7 hours of sleep. I was so tired when I was pregnant and after wards because I was lacking iron and sleep. Exercise helps too by circulating your oxygen in your blood stream. Hope this helps.

First try eating healthy, more vegetables and things with iron.
Drink lots of water.
Take vitamins.................iron is a must. As you get older you need to take daily vitamins.
Some health food stores have gin sing teas that are herbal that really do give you more energy. It's amazing and it is healthy for you.
If that doesn't work, you really need to go to the doctor. It could be thyroid or something like that. You don't want to continually be tired when your children need you.

Do you get REST?? not just sleep, but a restful sleep?
Go to the DR. and find out your Iron level. You may need to be put on iron pills for a while. A-lot of people have that problem, and don't even know they are anemic. Are you on any prescription drugs?? If so, that may also contribute to your tiredness.

Please consult a good doctor or specifically a diabetologist. I am diabetic myself. Had the same experience of getting tired so easily. Your experience might be caused by diabetes. The doctor can help you.
