Need help to enhance and how to shut it out when need to.It's kind of effecting my work and school at this time.Where can I turn to for help?Should I turn to a Native American friend of mine or to someone else that has this gift?

Alot of us smoke cigarettes. Not the healthiest solution, but it helps. Learn to SHIELD YOURSELF. Imagine, if you will, depending on whether you're visual or not, a large bubble surrounding you, a membrane, something reflective on the outside that is incredibly strong and only lets in and out those things that you choose. If you're into colors, intense violet is good for zapping s*** too. Don't do the ol' white light until you're more developed, or things will flock to you and surround you and choke you off and feed off of you. Or better yet, keep the white light inside the bubble. and last of all, dead people can't hurt you. just watch out for the ones that have never been people.

As a child I sought out my reliable parent(s) or other reliable authority figures when I was troubled with whatever problem(s).
I do the same now... I, also, pray daily.
