Dont' be a home wrecker. If she's happy now and you care about her, you'll let her be with the guy. Wait your turn and get hte opportunity if and when it comes. Don't go ruining it for both of them though.
1. Be her backup in case things don't work out. But don't pursue her if she's with someone already. That's the guy's rule. Girls don't have that rule, but guys know better.

Depends on what type of person you are. I personally would wait or move on. If she's been with him for years, the odds are she wont leave him. and if she does, that should give you something to think about.
