The first one is the correct.
It is wrong to say "how can I do" following another verb "help" You can say"How can i do this" but u cannot say" how can i do to help " But it would be correct to say "how can i help" lol ^^

"One:" implies that you are looking for ideas on activities designed to help more people than you are currently serving.
"Two:" Besides being grammatically incorrect - "How can I do" is a question asking for a mthod to be explained. If your question is supposed to be, "How can I do more to help people?" imply that you are currently helping people but you are somewhat in the belief that the assistance you are providing to those people is not quite adequate then question "Two:" could not be compared to question "One:" since the two questions would be asking about unrelated issues. One - implying helping more people and two - helping the same people in a greater way.

the first one is correct and i have some sugestion visit hospitols teh childrens ward and read stories color dress up and sing bring then ballons share a puppy bring then stufed animals anything to cheer up a sick child hold babies that cant leave home with moms and daddies go to homeless shelters and help feed them volanteer at senior centers and places like that you will be blessed
