If you cut out the regular soda you’ll find that the pounds will start dropping within a couple days. Many people find that they can easily lose up to 20 pounds over the course of just a few months when they stop drinking soda, but the initial weight loss is seen the first week. well u can eat *** much as u like but keep this in mind boiled food is good oily bad, rice is good ,wheat is bad. and some exercise preffered in the evening time that is btween 4-5 pm a jog may be helps u digest ur food and eat ur dinner altleast 2 hours before u go to sleep ok. keep more of a boiled veg diet

think ahead to how youll eat and exercise on the weekends its easy to get too relaxed on saturdays and sundays but healthy living is a 7 day a week endeavor

just participate in anyout side game, if u cannot do this try walking or jogging, and try eat a lot of salad and a lot of water instead of heavy food, then answer me surely, when you loose the wait,

join a good fitness club/gym...like talwarkars etc, if it is in your town....i am suggesting you good one because they make your excercise and diet plan based upon your age, weight, your daily routing etc.
good fitness centres are very professtional and you will not land up in troubles like back pain, un-balanced excercise etc....futher their equipments are of good brand and you will enjoy doing it.....
though they will charge a bit more around 15K/a or 3K/m depends upon the plan you take.....
i suggest you fist go for 2 m plan around 5k...if you find it suitable then take a yearly plan....best of luck

i was lossing daily 300gm by continuos Running 15-20minits daily on hill road.its better than exercise to loose weight..i did that more than two months ,i lost more than 10Kg.
