and now the entire internet knows. how far away from being 18 are they both? and how much do they like each other? because I think they should probably get married if they love each other that much, but if not, give the child up for adoption. Because if he leaves her, he will be regarded as an immature person who can't own up to his mistakes and runs away from them. So basically, marriage or adoption. Abortion is too horrible for both mother and child to think about.

Privacy is the least of your concerns and pride should be put on hold for right now. Acting on fear is not the right response for this situation. Calm down .
Now, they need to tell both of their parents and ALL the lives that will be affected by this decision should meet and discuss it. If this means that you must tell their parents, because either of them is too afraid, DO IT.
Worst-case scenario, you lose some friends and save some futures.
You have to be ready to deal with that.
My best friend almost got pregnant, and she still will never forget that i even told MY parents and mentor.
We're still really good friends, and I love her to death, but when I told, she hated me.
Just remember that this line or anything like it (friends don't tell) is complete bull$%*&. friends don't put privacy before safety. Tell everyone's parents, including yours, email me before you do this... there's a lot more to it.

Back in the day... when a dog had a litter and there were like twelve or thirteen puppies... the farmer would put ten or eleven into an old gunnie sack and take them down to the creek and drowned them...
Now I am not suggesting she do that, but its something to think about...

They should both tell their parents. This is a kid's life we're talking about here, it isn't a video game. If she really doesn't want to tell her parents what she can do is go to Planned Parenthood and have an abortion.

how old is his girlfriend?
she needs to tell her parents with out a doubt but he should make sure that he is there for his girlfriend.
they also need to make sure that if they decide to keep this baby that they do it for the right reasons and that they love each other.
