Has any other women seen the "White Wind" while giving birth. I have had 2 children both naturaly. and have seen a white wind sweep over me. duiring the birth of my daughter the dr.s were very rude to me and i started crying because i became very worried.... all of the sudden I saw a white wind rush over me and than there was an older lady right beside me telling me it was going to be ok. and she will never leave my mind. no one ells saw her. it was very special to me. and I felt like i knew her. was it just my mind trying to calm myself down or was she realy there? and when i told my husband about the white wind he told me that it was a Idian belief that the white wind seen during child birth was a Goddess ... that brought the life to the child... dose anyone ells know about this.? (seeing the older woman was with my second child birth). opinions?

Well ever saw the Eye II ?
may it's somethink like that :)
Or may be it was your ancestor (the old lady),
Or may be it was illusion from the pain you had,
Or may be it was you inner heart that needs savior so your brain give it (remember, all part at human body work because of brain, even an illusion).
But the sure think is, you should thank for it, because:
it is a gift from mother nature.
it is a sensation that really unique.

That's very interesting. I haven't heard of the description of a "white wind", but in crisis situations I've heard of people being comforted by angels or the spirit of a relative. In any case, it was a real blessing. The two times in my life that I've been "spoken" to (about 6 years apart) by what I think was an angel, I heard what were more like cautions than comfort, unfortunately.

Thats really incredible! I've never heard that story before. Very interesting and I'm going to have to do my research on it.
I think it is highly possible it was a Goddess. But my opinion is a bit bias because I am Pagan.

Wow, that's awesome.
My cousin had a near-death experience during child birth, but she didn't have the white wind. She did however ask the spirits to go back to her body because her daughter will need her, and they let her go back .

I have had 3 children, naturally (without painkillers, not even a tylenol!) and I never saw anything like that.
but I can tell you that the "white wind" didn't give your child life, God did.

Thats incredible, I have no experience with this but this is the first time I have heard about this. It seems like a pleasant thing to see during your pregnancy and That goddess has stayed with you.
