How totally naive of you to ask. Study human nature, and you will find the answer - which happens to be "no" as most have pointed out.

Sure beleive it or not mankind has made some progress. i would notgive mankind an A but I'd say a C+, we averted teh Cold War, Africa his seeing less civil wars since teh 1960s. The Israelis and Arabs are not fighting wars [okay not as frequent as before]. Iraq is tough but peace and progress I believe can be acheived if we all do our part for peace and understanding. Really it is not as bad as it looks maybe depressing a bit but at least lets give it a try

No, History shows it's not communication that was lacking.. but the bases of human behaviour to cause such negative reactions, and tho man has evolved or become "more civilized", basic human traits of character have stayed virtually unchanged
