Ok.... Ive been low carbing for approx. 3 weeks and getting very discouraged. I have made absolutely no progress that i can tell. I have not stepped on the scale because of fear and my clothes still fit the same. Im on the verge of giving up becuase of this. I have began cardio 1 hr daily, and have cut out breads, pasta, rice, potatoes, regular sodas, and sweets (all the things i love). I am also drinking plenty of water. I am looking for any suggestions/solutions at this point. I desperately need to lose 30 lbs by october 5.

You'll make it if you add aerobic exercise to your plan. :)

well cutting down on carbs will definitely cut down on your energy i suggest another diet and just watch what you eat . I'm wrestler and losing weight is my life you can say. your drink plenty of water that's good but if your drinking diet sodas they dehydrate you if the have caffeine well they really don't help unless you cant stop the urge for soda. before and after work outs eat a light meal because after you work out your body is basically a sponge and absorbs everything so eat something healthy
