i am not sure because i am not a native speaker, yet i can say that liberty may refer to the actual term and freedom refers to a liberty applied to all domains;
in conclusion, freedom means everything to human mind and spirit while liberty means only the liberty to do something

Though they may appear same but with respect to constitutional rights,they are different. "Freedom " on any issue give you the "liberty" to choose among available opportunities but not the other way.

No practical difference.
Applicability of both the words are limited in statues only and no practical use could be availed by any citizen of these words.

One is what we trade for security, and the other is simply taken from us by conservitives, but I'm not sure wich is which.
