I know you can get tyenol 1 over the counter, but anything else that is stronger?

Stronger...? As in, actually works? No, dear, sorry; they took codeine (and cocaine and peragoric) away from us when some people found out it was fun to take them for no reason at all. This meant that those of us who would have used these drugs to relieve pain are simply out of luck, and left with O.T.C. Snake Oil Capsules and folk remedies.

There really isn't anything comparable to Tylenol 3 that you can get without a prescription.

Nothing OTC will compare to codeine. If you truly require it, ask your physican for a prescription for it or an alternative.

No, like all the others are saying, nothing as powerful as T3s over the counter. T1s are your best bet.

i've always loved vicodin prescriptions. but make them give you something stronger, other than the 500miligrams that they give most people. tell your doctor that you can't take codeine because it makes you sick(that's why i can't take it). tell him blah blah blah, for whatever reasons you need it. that's why its best to have a cool doctor. i need to get one that will drug me up gooooood
