If you contact me with your email address, I will gladly give you a diet based on Jenny Craig and Nutrisystem (unfortunately, yahoo answer's email system doesn't have enough "characters" to allow me to send the diet through them). You can do it yourself at home. You won't need to measure anything or count calories. It is already proportioned. It involves all food groups and is based on 1250 calories. Very healthy. I have shared it with many askers on yahoo answers.

I had a dr share this one with me a while back first you need to eat the three servings of dairy but keep them fat free and yourgert is great... and less than 20 grams of fat but no food can contain more than 30 percent of its cals from fat...you need to exercises at least 4 days a week for 20 mns and you get one day off your diet every week she told me there is no way you can blow it totally in one day by the third week I skip the day off so I go every two weeks on the diet then one day off the weight drops off fast... good luck it did not appear over night so its not going away over night ... programs like jenny craig work but are expensive its all about portons and the amount of fat and calories for each 3500 cal it equals one lb so up your exercise and lower the calories and fat .... eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and low fat dairy... a porton of meet should not be larger than your fist....

I just read your question and my sister jsut started this one a day pill supplement thing, where you try this suppliment one day and you can only eat fruits and veggies for the day, and the day after you can eat whatever you want, and then you repeat it, so its a two day cycle. Apparently it works, because she is loosing wieght. This is actually an online study to see how well it works, and if you'd like more info on it I could ask her for you, just email kiddielandkid@yahoo.com if you'd like more info.

Nope. You just need to work out a LOT and really REALLY cut calories. You probably need a lot less food than you are eating. :P
Cardio 2-3x/week, Weights 2-3x/week
Count Calories!
