me and my husband were recently arrested for battery and it is all my fault. noone hit anyone, but they had probable cause because i yelled. when i get really mad, i say things that i dont mean without thinking of the consequences. i told him i was going to yell and i yelled help me someone call the cops. i was also throwing things, but not toward my husband. i didnt know anyone would actually call the cops, now we have to go to court and he is in the military and could get kicked out if he gets convicted. NOONE EVEN LAID A FINGER ON NOONE. there are no marks or anything. we didnt even push each other. do you think that if i explain that i say things and have an anger problem and say things to make him mad that they will drop the charges on us? in the state of kansas, its the state that presses charges because they have to if there is probable cause. we are going to marraige counselling and i am going to anger management

Consult a lawyer for legal advice.
I am glad you are in marriage counseling, and anger management.
Are you in individual counseling as well? That also might be beneficial.
I wish you all the best ...

Sorry to hear about what happened. Actually, we all have our bad days! In this case it might have gotten a little too far. But, hey, I like the way you're making some good decisions, as you said dealing with the situation. If you're a believer in prayers why not pray too. Show him how much you love him too, if you still do. Don't know how court's going to deal with this, but if you can come out of this together, I think that will be your trophy.
Best wishes.

well you should try to control your temper,it is a bit uncivilized to do like this ,we live in the 21st. century you know.
you might have some personality problems, you should seek some psychiatric help,it would be a backup for any further court proceedings.

Yes, explain what happened before it gets even worse and your husband resents you. Don't destroy his life because of your inadequecies.
