What has worked for me is to be able to forgive others. Sometimes unforgiveness can keep the heart bound, bitter and depressed. Think about all God has forgiven us of. We need to extend the same forgiveness to others because believe me it is measured and will come back to us.
Forgiving is freeing for us. When we forgive we set ourselves free and let go of the bitterness and hurt we had towards the person who wronged us.
I hope this helps you to shed the layers of bondage from your hurting heart...I know it has helped me deal with a troubled heart and also opened my eyes to so much more.....

Well unfortunatley the church has helped us be troubled with worry of sin and guilt. When law and sin were done away with and we are all righteous and free!
Laugh and live. You are here to have God experience life as you. There is nothing you can do to seperate yourself from Him.

find Jesus and ask him to forgive you of your sins and to come into your heart. then it won't be troubled anymore

i believe prayer....but for that u need lots of patience...cuz somethings things dont happen at once...but eventually things will be ok
