She can have a bath now. Just keep the puppies warm while she is away, as with a hot water bottle (you can use a 2 liter bottle) or heating pad.
Use baby shampoo, and rinse her well, and dry her as well as you can.

Are you asking if you can give her a bath? I wouldn't push it. Give her several days to a couple of weeks before you push it very much. She has a big job to do after all. Once she is situated and willing to walk away from her babies for periods of time, then you can try to bathe her.

You can bathe her in plain, luke warm water, but keep it shallow, and try not to get her overly wet... Dry her off very thoroughly as well. Not a good idea to use soap yet. Wait until she is finished nursing.

The diarrhea has to do with the doggies. All new mothers have this. They consume the afterbirths plus lick up the puppy droppings, so that they get diarrhea. i might feed her a top high quality moist/dry mixture. She desires high quality and quantity now, so merely confirm she eats as much as she probably will. i like Canidae. in case you are able to not get that ,then jsut use puppy nutrition and combine it canned/dry.
