does a female dog mark her territory before she goes into heat?

yes she does, but it is more advertising than marking territory. She wants the male dogs to smell her pheromones. (hormones)

dogs always mark they territory so ya it possable but it normal 4 a dog to mark even if she not readt to go in to heat
