I am not sure who said something similar, but it is my favorite saying. I think it fits people, as you really don't know a person by just seeing the outer shell. It is the inner soul that is the true essence of a being, their true nature - looks mean nothing in comparison in the long run. Someone can be gorgeous on the outside but dull as a rock on the inside, and someone who is not so great looking on the outside can be spectacular on the inside.

cause i find so many people getting angry, asking angry Q's, Q's that show their inclinations and biases.

Got a couple--both by musicians
"Jai Guru De Va Om"--John Lennon(I'm sure he didn't come up with originally, but I would have never heard it otherwise) It translates "God, you are my teacher"--in other words--I can take anything-it's a lesson from God.
Another one I like is from Tom Petty--"You can stand me up at the gates of hell but I won't back down".
