You take the teddy bear away from him. Some people say to neuter him.This will not stop him. I have two neutered males and they still go after the females . I just say oh well. They like the feeling.What's so bad about feeling good?

Sprinkle teddy with black or cayenne pepper and wait. Kitty will stop humping teddy.
If that doesn't work, use a citrus spray on teddy or put him away.

Well....either move the teddy or more appropriately get it neutered. Some of our male cats who have been fixed still exhibit mounting behavorial in a territorial manner. It's common behavior and easily fixed........

Try putting some kind of scent on your teddy bear that will repel your cat and won't harm him.

why dont you let your cat have some fun?? it is just a cat, does not know that sex is bad (that is IF it is bad) get yourself another teddy and keep it out of reach of the cat.

oh my!! I have never heard of anyone besides myself with this problem!!!
Ok, so I have a male neutered cat who is 7 going on 8 years old...and he was fixed when he was little...And since I can remember he has humped anything fleece, flannel...soft material..blankets, coats, pillows, etc....
People look at me funny when I mention it to them, but He is at it nearly every day even now..I am sorry, i know what your going through...but after 8 years I still don't know how to make him quit....!!! Is yours neutered??? and how old is he?

cats and dogs love to play with dolls, maybe ur cat is alone and doesnt have a wife, :)) thats why he thinks that teddy is his wife, let him do whtever he wants with ur teddy,haha!
its normal,
my cat doesnt have wife also and most of the times he plays with the pillow we made for him to sleep,instead of sleeping he plays with it.
its normal.
