Who says he is a dork? you? your friends?
You picked him. So, at one time you didn't think he was a dork, I am assuming. Or, you thought you could change him and you can't.
If you don't like him, dump him. That's what people do. However, if you like him, but your friends think he is a dork, find out why they think this and either explain him, or tell them to grow up cause you like him and he is sticking around.

Why is he still your boyfriend? I am sure I am a lot older than you but please don't waste any time on an unhappy relationship. It causes unnecessary stress to you and probobly stunts your financial and emotional growth, and just isn't worth it. I have been there, I am embarrassed to say three times! Good luck!
